Patrick Hall – Safety – 6-1, 185 – St. Bonaventure High School Scouting Ranking: #4 Safety

Hall is one of the most naturally gifted players in USC's recruiting class. He has shined at a variety of positions at St. Bonaventure High School. He will start out at safety this fall and gives USC three ultra-talented incoming safeties in Hall, T.J. McDonald and Jawanza Starling.

While he will come in as a safety, Pete Carroll has already said it is going to be hard to keep the ball out of his hands, so don't be surprised to see the coaches experiment with him on offense and in the return game.

According to Carroll: "Patrick Hall is one of the most diversified athletes and dynamic kids you could imagine. He can play everything. We want to see him on the defensive side of the ball, but it won't take us long to continue to find ways and experiment with him in terms of getting the ball in his hands. He's one of the fastest kids we've seen in a long time."
