Los Angeles (Calif.) Cathedral defensive back Anthony Jefferson visited USC's practice on Thursday.

By the time the day was done, Jefferson owned his sixth offer.

"USC offered me," said Jefferson. "They offered me as a cornerback. I'm really stoked about that one."

Jefferson previously held offers from UCLA, Arizona, Arizona State, Cal and San Diego State.

"And Oklahoma and Tennessee are talking about offering me," said Jefferson.

The Scout 300 member isn't in a rush to decide, though.

"I still think I'm going to take some time to discuss it with my family," said Jefferson.

Jefferson finished 2008 with 36 receptions for 636 yards and four touchdowns and ran in another and defensively, added 55 tackles, three picks and a sack.
