Farmer's playing like a collegiate level WR

Last season George Farmer was a big-time player for Serra, but he wasn't a big-time contributor on offense. That has changed this season and he has become a main target for Serra quarterback Conner Preston. If he joins teammate Robert Woods at USC, the future of the Trojan offense is going to be extremely bright for years to come with Matt Barkley leading the team at quarterback.

Farmer had some tough catches on Friday night against a very solid Taft defense. He may only be 15 years old, but he's playing like a college veteran.

There's a very good chance, and that might be an understatement, he will join teammate and close friend Robert Woods at USC, and that would ensure the USC offense will continue to intimidate future opponents.

SCPlaybook spoke to Farmer after Serra's overtime victory over Taft. He talked about the win, how his role has changed this season, the difference quarterback Conner Preston has made and more.
