Radley still looking for an offer from USC

Lucky Radley, who transferred from Agoura to Taft this year, is a player who everyone seems to know and like. Plus nobody plays harder than Radley. He's an extremely versatile athlete and as Serra head football coach Scott Altenberg said, "Lucky has a stabalizing presence." He's about as cool as they come and he had an impressive performance Friday night against Serra, his first game of the year.

"I'm still learning the offense, but it sure felt good to be back playing again," said Radley.

"Lucky can gain those tough four to five yards without any worry of fumbling," Altenberg said. "And I think he had something like 14 tackles."

Radley has a solid list of offers from schools like Arizona, Clemson, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado State, Iowa State and San Diego State, but he wants more and if he continues to perform like he did last Friday, more offers are certain to find their way to the Radley's mail box.

"I want that USC offer," Radley told SCPlaybook last month. "And I'm going to do whatever it takes to get it."

That attitude is the same as Jordan Campbell had three years ago, and we know how that story ended.

Former Trojan wide receiver and Radley's cousin, Jason Mitchell, said, "I've taked to Coach Carroll about Lucky and hopefully he gets the SC offer."

We hope Radley gets the offer from USC, because Radley is a kid you hope gets everything in life he's working hard for.
