2009 VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS: Serra WR George Farmer

Junior Serra wide receiver George Farmer III wasn't the most hyped prospect from his school this year, but he would have been if Robert Woods wasn't Scout.com's No. 1 rated WR....and deservedly so for Woods. But he had a huge impact on the Serra offense with his speed, route running and ability to consistently beat opposing DB's deep.

George Farmer was Serra's second leading receiver in '09 behind Woods with 41 receptions for 891 yards (21.73 YPC) and he scored 17 touchdowns.

He will be expected to be much more productive his senior season, and there's no reason to believe he won't be. Serra returns numerous big-time players next season and Serra QB Conner Preston told us, he and Farmer would spend the spring/summer working out together in preparation for defending their CA State Championship.

Click on the Watch Video link below to see why George Farmer will be a five-star wide receiver next year and considered one of the elite prospects in the country.
