There was a time when Utah State had very few unofficial visits during the summer. This summer and really all year long that is changing.
Chris Taylor-Yamanoha finished up his visit today and met with Matt Wells. He was extended an offer from Coach Wells. "I like how he was real with me and really cares about me improving and graduating and everything"
Chris liked the fact that it is a college town and a great environment to play and live in. Chris said he was happy and even "surprised" by how good the facilities are at USU. He has also been offered by Boise and SDSU.
Most coaches consider him an Athlete at this time and he is fine to play either offense or defense. "Just wherever I can get on the field and help the team".
Chris' plans include committing after his Junior year and graduating early to get a jump start on his College career.
Chris and his father visited Utah this morning and is Kahi Neves cousin. He does have some connections to the state of Utah but is really open to all his option right now.
