Freakishly athletic Junior Wyatt Houston returns for this third season in an Aggie uniform poised to have what many hope to be his breakout season, as he is listed by several NFL Draft predictor websites to be a top 10 player at his position among his draft class. Houston has great hands and ball skills and is able to go up and get the pigskin once it has been thrown his way. Houston caught 19 passes for 178 yards and 2 TDs and started in 7 of the 13 games he played in 2014.

Backing up Houston will be Junior Landon Horne. Horne did not record any stats in 2014 following coming off a leg injury that kept him out all season. Horne was however cleared for action in the bowl game and he did in fact play during the Aggie win versus UTEP. Horne has shown promise in the two seasons of spring ball that he has been able to participate in and the coaches feel that he is the most athletic tight end on the team and he has displayed soft hands and does a great job running after the catch.

Joining the team from Snow College is Junior Chris Copier. Copier was able to join the team in December following his 2014 season where he earned All-Western States Football League first-team honors. Copier was a full participant in spring ball and looks to build on that early experience with a strong fall camp. Returning LDS Missionary and freshman

Dax Raymond is already on campus and will be one of two players counted on to add quality depth to the position following the departure of Marcus Mosely. The super athletic Raymond was a man among boys during his Senior season of high school as he amassed an amazing 74 receptions, 1,464 yards, and 23 TDs while winning a pair of state championships at Timpview High School.

The second freshman vying for the fourth tight end spot is Payson Highs Dalton Baker. The very Tough Baker was a do everything stud his Senior season as he accounted for 44 receptions, 588 yards, 3 TDs to go along with 72 tackles, 3 sacks, 1 INT, and 1 fumble recovery on the defensive side of the ball. The coaching staff feels that Baker has a very good opportunity to be a significant contributor to the future of the program.

83 Wyatt Houston (6-5, 255, Jr., 2L)

44 Landon Horne (6-3, 235, Jr., SQ)

85 Chris Copier (6-5, 250, Jr., JC)

Dax Raymond (6-5, 225, Fr., HS) OR

Dalton Baker (6-4, 235, Fr., HS)

You can really list Horne and Baker as H backs and the other three as TE's that will be the way they line up many times in 2 TE sets.
