Dielman Solidifies Commitment

Offensive lineman JJ Dielman's visit could end up paying dividends with others...

Utah may not land a nicer kid in the 2012 class than Arizona offensive lineman J.J. Dielman who visited the Utes over the weekend.

"It was great. I had such a good time. They took us to a lot of expensive restaurants in town and we ate a lot of food. Had a lot of meetings with the coaches and got to hang out with my host."

Dielman was hosted by tight end Jake Murphy and the two developed a bond as Murphy showed the future center around town.

"Jake was a cool guy and really showed me what Salt Lake has to offer. It was nice seeing what the town life was like and checking out how Utah was with Jake. Going through the city and checking all of the cool restaurants was nice."

Dielman visited along with two other prospects that he knows form Arizona and enjoyed his time with all the other recruits.

"I spent a lot of time hanging out with the Chaparral guys (Cody Ippolito and Dylan Cozens). I also hung out with a lot of the cornerbacks that were visiting."

Dielman could be a key component in Utah possibly landing Ippolito and Cozens and will continue to recruit the two prospects to Salt Lake City.

"I'm still working on Cody and Dylan and talking to them to get them to Utah and I'll do whatever Coach Hill needs me to do to get more guys."

Despite still receiving interest from other schools, Dielman says his recruitment is completely over and he'll be a Ute.

"No more visits for me. Everything is done."
