Ford With Three Finalists

CB Ray Ford talks about his visit to Utah and his three remaining finalists

CB Raymond Ford has had an up and down recruitment that is starting wind down. The former UCLA verbal commit is down to three schools after taking his official visit to Utah over the weekend.

"It went great. They took us tubing, we had great dinners, and toured the school. It was a great campus. I just liked everything about the school. The whole team and all the coaches were great to me. I'm definitely considering them."

Ford spent the weekend hosted by Lucky Radley and quite a bit of time with a few other Los Angeles area recruits in attendance, including Utah commit Delshawn McClellon. McClellon and Ford talked about playing together and rooming together at Utah.

"That would be great to play and room with Delshawn. I like the thought of playing with someone I already know."

Ford has narrowed his list to three schools with Cal and Nebraska being the others. The Huskers have already had their visit, and the 3 star cornerback has intentions of visiting Cal this weekend.

"I might be visiting Cal this weekend, but I'm not sure yet. They might not have any spots left."

Despite being two weeks from signing day, Ford insists that he doesn't know when he will decide and remains wide open.

"I'm not sure when I'm going to decide and I don't have no leader right now. Everyone is equal."
