Utes Offer Hale

Bellflower (CA) St John Bosco CB Naijiel Hale's offer list continues to grow. Last week he heard from the Utes.

Bellflower (CA) St John Bosco corner Naijiel Hale's offer list added another school last week. On Thursday the University of Utah became offer number 11 on Hale's growing list after coaches spent the day at his school watching workouts and drills.

Hale is a 4-star rated CB (currently rated #22 CB in the country) with some pretty impressive film. His 2012 highlights tell the tale of a natural cornerback with the instincts and aggression of a safety.

Hale has great vision. He is very good at keeping his eyes on the quarterback while staying with his man. His anticipation is very good and his reaction time is lightning quick.

Against the run, Hale isn't afraid to step up and deliver a blow. He punishes runners and receivers alike in the open field tackling players with great form and finesse.

When it comes to recruiting Hale says he hasn't begun to break down a list of top schools yet, saying "everyone is equal as of now". Despite a perceived Arizona lean, with the amount of time left before signing day it's still anyone's game.

This summer Hale is scheduled to attend The Opening and was recently invited to participate in the Army All-American game. Beyond that says he plans to set up some visits to get a look at some schools while narrowing down his list. He plans on taking his time with this process and says he's in no rush to make a decision.

Hale currently reports offers from Akron, Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Fresno State, Nebraska, Nevada, San Jose State, Utah, and Washington State.
