2015 RB/WR Thomas Has Offers

Jacksonville (Fla.) Ed White High School class of 2015 running back/wide receiver prospect Taylor Thomas is a versatile offensive weapon who can also return kicks. The 5-foot-8 and 180-pound rising senior is reported to have over a dozen FBS offers.

Jacksonville (Fla.) Ed White High School running back/slot receiver prospect Taylor Thomas is another north Florida prospect that will garner significant attention during the 2014 season. The 5-foot-8 and 180-pound rising senior can play a number of positions on offense and special teams.

”I have offers from Indiana, Maryland, Utah, Middle Tennessee State and Georgia Southern,” said Thomas last week of his offers.

Thomas is reported to also have offers from Akron, Arkansas, Boise State, Boston College, Florida International, Memphis, South Florida, Troy, UCF, Wake Forest and Western Kentucky.

”When I am offense I can play slot receiver, running back and on special teams I can catch punts and return them and return kick,” said Thomas of his versatility.

According to Thomas he has also been hearing from Florida this summer. He recently participated in the Gator’S Friday Night Lights camp. Thomas indicated that Florida plans to continue to keep an eye on him this fall.
