Despite the tough Utah loss to Washington State, Westbrook was impressed with the experience and the fans.

"The game experience was great. The fans kept everything intense throughout the entire game."

Westbrook came into the official visit without an offer from Utah, but left with one.

"Utah did offer. Now I have offers from them, Texas Tech and Baylor."

Utah is recruiting the 6 foot, 167 pounder at a spot where they'll instant impact guys next season and with the Utes graduating two starters, playing time is available.

"The fact that they said I can come in right away and play is important to me. I can play slot receiver and am a return specialist and Utah needs those. The Utes are definitely at the top of my list right now."

Despite the new offer and the Utes jumping to the top of his list, Westbrook is in no hurry to make a decision.

"I'm still holding off on making a decision because I want to take my visits. I'm planning on taking visits to Tech, Baylor, (Texas) A&M, and Kansas State and then will decide in December."

Westbrook is an mid-year enrollee and will be on campus at the school of his choice in the spring.

"After I make my decision, I'll be enrolling at a school on January 11th."
