1. Stanford (8-1, 7-0)
A whooping by the Cardinal in Boulder sets up a showdown with nemesis Oregon on Saturday in Palo Alto
2. Utah (8-1, 5-1)
It wasn't pretty, but it rarely is with Utah football as they took down Washington. A tricky one at Arizona is coming on Saturday.
3. USC (6-3, 4-2)
The Trojans got a scare from Arizona, but stayed alive in the South. They'll travel to Colorado for a Friday night affair this week.
4. Washington State (6-3, 4-2)
Washington State made a comeback to take down ASU in Pullman to become bowl eligible. A huge test at the Rose Bowl awaits this weekend.
5. UCLA (7-2, 4-2)
UCLA continued their Jekyl and Hyde routine with a 41-0 win at Oregon State that could have been 60 points had they decided not to play 3 different backups in the 4th quarter. Assume the bad Bruins show up next week when they host Wazzu.
6. Oregon (6-3, 4-2)
Oregon looks to be back after throttling Cal. A road win at Stanford this week would keep theire north division hopes alive.
7. Cal (5-4. 3-4)
The Bears lost their 4th straight as Oregon put up 777 yards on them. They should be able to become bowl eligible this week though at home against Oregon State.
8. Arizona State (4-5, 2-4)
Another week. Another disappointment as ASU fell apart in the 4th quarter at Washington State. A trip to Seattle is next.
9. Washington (4-5, 2-4)
The Huskies couldn't stop turning it over in the rain as Utah handed them a devastating loss. They'll host ASU on Saturday in a game that could determine whether either goes bowling.
10. Arizona (5-5, 2-4)
The Wildcats had the Trojans on the ropes, but a stupid decision to go for it at midfield in the 3rd quarter turned the tide and they came up short. They'll host Utah next.
11. Colorado (4-6, 1-5)
The Buffs dreams of bowling are likely over after Stanford beat them up in Boulder. They'll host another heavyweight in USC this Friday night.
12. Oregon State (2-7, 0-6)
The Beavers couldn't do anything on either side of the ball in getting blown out at home by UCLA. A roadie at Cal is next.
