Top long snapper commits to Vanderbilt

Ike Powell has committed to Vanderbilt according to long snapping coach Bret Culbertson.

Coach Kevin Garvoille, Lead Snapping Instructor for Kohl's Snapping Camps commented on Powell's ability.

"He's the most complete snapper I have had the opportunity to work with. From his physical size, strength and agility while combining pin point accuracy and an outstanding snap velocity."

Coach Garvoille evaluates snappers nationally an selects player who play in the UnderArmour All-America Game and the Semper-Fidelis All-American Bowl.

Powell finished as the top long snapper in three out of four Kohl's kicking camps that he attended over the past year.
