"I am very excited and grateful to say I have decided to commit to Vanderbilt University!," tweeted Austin Quillen. Quillen, who was originally offered by Mason and his staff on March 21, had visited Nashville and Vandy over the weekend and apparently liked what he saw.

Still early in the recruiting process, Quillen had accumulated an impressive list of offers including Washington State, Iowa, Wyoming, Colorado State, Hawaii, Army, Navy and more.

The hard hitting Quillen played linebacker and safety during the 2014 season for Jenks. He is rated the No. 16 prospect in Oklahoma according to Sooners Illustrated and was also named to the ESPN Junior 300 list.
