Vanderbilt Loses A Commitment from Adam Sparks

Dutchtown (La) cornerback Adam Sparks has been wavering on his commitment to Vandy for a few weeks now and on Friday, the 3-star cover guy decided to re-open his recruitment.

Sparks is a 3-star cornerback who Vanderbilt targeted early on in the process as a player that could add great length, agility, athleticism and smarts to the Commodores secondary. The Vanderbilt still envision this happening but they will need to re-recruit the Louisiana native as he is looking at all his options.

Vanderbilt will still be considered but Sparks has re-opened his process towards others including Missouri and Wake Forest. Sparks has officially visited both places and will take his final three official visits before making a final decision. Sparks was expected to officially visit Vanderbilt in January between the days of the 20th and the 22nd.

Sparks is rated as a 3-star by Scout and considered the 60th ranked cornerback in the country.
