Senior guard Hillary Hager recorded a double double for the game with 11 points, including three 3-pointers, and 10 rebounds, and also had 3 steals.
Freshman forward Jenn Hall missed this free throw in the second half, but Hillary Hager grabbed the offensive rebound and scored on the putback. In the first half, Hall scored six straight points for the Commodores.
Senior center Jenni Benningfield made a brief appearance in the game, but due to a stress fracture in her right foot, for most ot the game, she could only watch and encourage her teammates.
Alberta the Alligator grabbed Whitney's notepad and scribbled a note late in the second half. You know it's a bad day when even the opposing mascot tries to cheer you up.
