HEAD COACH'S COMMENTS
"I'm upset and you would be too, I worked at not letting this be distraction for me, it really hasn't been up until now. I'm fortunate to have so much support of administration. We have a new president, Mike Hamilton, who has been supportive, family support and friends, fans been so supportive. [The lawsuit] has been a fairly contained issue in State of Alabama-- there's not much interest outside the state, because it is so frivolous and stupid. I'm very upset about it, but we'll get through it, and I'll turn my attention right back to preparation for season and let people and powers that be handle it. In the end justice will prevail, and the right things will happen."
