San Jose lineman likes Vanderbilt

Tim Danser is a talented lineman from Bellarmine Prep School in San Jose, Ca. who has good footwork and technique. VandyMania talked to Tim about his recruitment and favorite schools.

Tim Danser: Offensive tackle. I hope to play offensive guard in college. Can you tell us some of your junior season highlights and postseason honors?
Tim Danser: I made 2nd Team All-League. What do you feel is your biggest strengths as a player?
Tim Danser: My technique and foot speed. What schools are currently recruiting you?
Tim Danser: Northwestern, California, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Princeton, Yale, Oregon State and Oregon. Who has offered you scholarships?
Tim Danser: None so far. What schools do you think you are leaning towards right now?
Tim Danser: Probably Vanderbilt. What are some of the things you like about Vanderbilt?
Tim Danser: I really liked the coaches, the stadium and workout facility. I like the offensive line coach [Coach Caldwell]. He was really down to earth. How are they telling you you'd be utilized at Vandy?
Tim Danser: They haven't really told me much so far. I'm hoping to hear from them. Tim, thanks for your time. We wish you the best of luck in your senior season.
