VandyMania Prediction

Vanderbilt faces a tough challenge this weekend when they travel to Arkansas to face the Razorbacks. Razorback Stadium is a very difficult venue to play in as evidenced by the fact that only 10 teams have won there since 1998. However, Vandy does have some factors working in their favor. The Commodores had a couple extra days to prepare for this game. They face Arkansas the week before the Razorbacks travel to USC. The game is being played at night when traditionally Vandy plays their SEC opener at the hottest time of the day; this should help Vandy in the depth department that usually fails them in the fourth quarter. The program has a great amount of confidence after the win at Wake Forest. Still, while it is very possible, Arkansas will probably win this game. They have a very good team and are well coached. Don't expect a blowout though. Should be a close win for the Razors, however, upsets do happen.
