"There once was a girl, who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead. When she was good, she was very, very good, but when she was bad, she was horrid" Ah, yes. That's more like it. An unblemished week thanks to some judicious home cooking down in the swamp. SEC officiating is a joke, and instant replay as implemented by the NCAA is also a joke.

(6-0 last week, 53-13 overall)

Clearly incorrect calls are not replayed. Replayed calls incorrectly analyzed. I rather they dispensed with the pretence of "getting the right call" which is clearly not happening, and go back to the fallible human element entirely. As for this week's games, the picks won't be as easy this week, I may make as many mistakes as Bobby Gaston's crews do (in one quarter).

Memphis @ UTK – Get the easy one out of the way first....Tennessee can't be bad enough to make a close game out of this one. UTK 41-10.

Alabama @ LSU – The SEC has a vested interest in keeping the Tide unbeaten. Look for a few unusual calls on the way to Alabama 17-13.

Arkansas @ Mississippi – A typical boring game among the West have-nots. Arkansas still has some delusions of respectability, but Mississippi is just trying to survive to fight again next year. Pigs 24-10.

Auburn @ Georgia – The one to watch if you're just watching one. Georgia's defense will not be able to overcome their deficiencies on offense. Georgia kicks field goals, Auburn scores TDs. Auburn 21-12.

Florida @ South Carolina – Can Stevie pull of a third straight upset. It's too much to ask of his outmanned troops. SC is bowl eligible and will feel like taking a week off to regroup before Clemson. Gators 31-26.

Kentucky @ Vandy – As usual, Vandy is the girl with the curl. She can be very good (Florida) or horrid (MTSU). It's anybody's guess who will show up this Saturday. The Commodores have shown a little bit more heart than an previous years, and for a change have a little something to play for in November. VU 24-17.
