Vandy offers star Georgia lineman

A highly sought after offensive lineman is said to be in the hot pursuit of the Commodore staff.

Insiders have reported to VandyMania that Zeb McKinzey, an outstanding offensive lineman out of Lilburn, GA, has been offered a scholarship by the Vanderbilt.

McKinzey stands 6-3 and weighs in at 280 pounds. He has good quickness for a player his size with a time of 5.2 seconds in the 40 yard dash.

According to national recruiting expert Jamie Newberg, "Powerful offensive line prospect. Projects as a guard. Devastating run blocker. Quality pass protector as well. Good feet. Graded out at 87.5% last season".

Vanderbilt is not the only team after this fine player. Clemson, Georgia and Auburn are listed as Zeb's favorites in prospect database.
