The Vanderbilt offense amassed over 400 yards total offense. The VU defense forced and recovered three Bulldog fumbles.

WHAT WENT WRONG:

Georgia held Vanderbilt scoreless twice on it's 1-yard line. Georgia tailback Musa Smith scored two first quarter touchdowns to put the game out of reach for the Commodores. Vandy would pull to within 10 points of the Dawgs late in the third quarter but Georgia answered later with a score of their own.
