Isaiah Smith profile

While Vanderbilt recruited Smith heavily in the beginning and Smith was very interested in the Commodores, Vanderbilt has not offered the Columbia star. "They were on him hard and heavy at the beginning. It sort of died off. I don't know what's going on. We just get a letter here and there. Some of it doesn't even pertain to football," stated Paul Smith from his home in Columbia.

Isaiah will be going back to Ole Miss in the next couple weeks. Ole Miss has offered him as well as Tennessee. The elder Smith also stated that Memphis is also close to offering his son and that Ole Miss currently leads. Auburn, Louisville and Alabama have also shown an interested in Smith.
