Coach Chris Andriano talks Tim Fugger

Steven Bright will be sorely missed by the Commodore offense, however, the Vanderbilt coaches have a new commit from a player that might take over for Bright at H-Back. Read on to find out more about Tim Fugger from his high school coach, Chris Andriano.

Tim Fugger Profile

"On offense he had 14 catches for 267 yards, 2 touchdowns and a 19.1 yard average. He started for us on defense and he had a total of 64 tackles, 4 sacks and 9 tackles for loss. He was really a force for us on defense but they recruited him for offense because he has a lot of speed and runs a 4.5 forty. He benches 340 pounds and is a very good player."

"We are very excited that he's headed to Vanderbilt and we are hoping that he does well for them. He's big, strong and fast and plays with a little bit of a mean streak in him. Hopefully he'll fit with what they are looking for in their offense."

"He camped down there last summer and loved it. He kind of fell under the radar because he transferred in here during his junior year so he wasn't well known in the Chicago area."

"They are looking at him for something called an H-back. Coach Cain showed me some film of a number 17 they had and said they are looking for Fugger to possibly play that position." Top Stories
