Quentin Williams lists favorites

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - DE/TE Quentin Williams is one of the most highly recruited prospects for the 2008 recruiting class. Williams is currently holding scholarship offers from several major Division I-A programs throughout the country; one of which comes from the Vanderbilt. VandyMania.com caught up with the three-star prospect to see how his recruitment has been shaping up.

Quentin Williams, a 6-4, 230 pound DE/TE who runs a 4.7 in the forty yard dash has accumulated a boatload of offers from several high profiled programs across the country. Quentin is currently sitting on offers from Oklahoma, Stanford, Clemson, Iowa, Boston College, Rutgers, Northwestern, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Georgia Tech, and Vanderbilt; just to name a few…

Williams has been watched closely by the Commodores coaching staff. However, out of pure curiosity, we asked Williams to give us his early take on Vanderbilt University. "Vanderbilt has a really good academic program," Williams said. "I think they have a pretty good athletic program as well. I think I would do pretty well playing for a program like Vandy. The SEC seems like my kind of place."
