Micah Andrews still has Vandy high on list

Micah Andrews is off to a super start for Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross, Georgia. They are unbeaten in four games and he has rushed for 916 yards and 8 touchdowns.

"I have very good vision," said Andrews. "I am an elusive runner that is more quick than strong but I am working hard on my strength."

According to Andrews, he has scholarship offers from Vanderbilt, Virginia, LSU, Boston College and Tulane

"Georgia, Georgia Tech and Ole Miss are three other schools recruiting me hard but I do not know what they are going to do with me as far as an offer. Right now, I am just open. I am looking at coaching staffs, the offensive systems, and a place where I can get a chance to play and get exposure. I also want to pick a place where I feel comfortable."

Micah's father is William Andrews, one of the greatest Atlanta Falcons of all-time. William was a big, powerful runner that also played for the Auburn Tigers.

"He has been a tremendous help to me," said Micah. "Dad has given my little tips on everything. Every time I have a question, he has an answer for me. And he is leaving the recruiting decision up to me."

Micah's older brother, William, Jr., is a junior wide receiver at Gardner-Webb.
