Ryan Seymour Profile

Ryan Seymour cited the city of Nashville, the Commodore coaching staff in addition to the high quality Vanderbilt education as reasons he picked the Black and Gold program, "The people in Nashville are great. The coaching staff couldn't be better, it's a great football program. Vanderbilt is one of the top colleges in the nation; it has everything that I need. I just felt like that was the best choice for me and my family so I went with Vanderbilt," said Seymour.

Seymour, who feels that his good footwork and speed makes him a solid player, had 60 tackles, 2 sacks and 2 fumble recoveries during his senior season at Camden County. He was selected to the Georgia All-State team and the Southeast Georgia Super 11.

Seymour picked Vanderbilt over his two other favorites, Western Kentucky and Louisville. Seymour was also offered by Marshall, Georgia Southern, Alabama-Birmingham, Middle Tennessee and Toledo.
