Fisher reported, "I currently have eight offers." He explained the offers were from, "Boise State, Louisiana Tech, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Arizona, Kansas, Purdue, and Iowa."

Fisher does not know a lot about Vanderbilt, but hopes that will be able to change. He commented about getting to visit Vanderbilt by saying, "No sir I have not." He added, "I know that it is a really good school with a fine academic program and it's in the best conference in football in the SEC."

The Commodores have found a quality prospect all the way in Texas. He explained of his offer, "I think they sent me a questionnaire and they watched my film and I guess they liked me." As far as getting to campus he said, "Yes sir I would like to see the campus."

Do the Commodores have a chance with Fisher? He said, "Yes sir anybody has a chance of landing me. At this point anybody has a chance." Fisher explained what he wants out of his choice by explaining, "They have to have a good school and they have to have a good offense. If they throw the ball and have a great academic program then I'm all for it."

The Commodores have vaulted their name this past weekend with the draft of three players including a first round and third round. Fisher commented about a program with an NFL pipeline, "It would be pretty big because I would like to be in the NFL one day and if they produce NFL players then that's pretty good."

Even with eight offers Fisher is not real sure where he wants to go or what he wants. With a busy spring with track he has not been able to visit many locations. One of the spots he did visit was Oklahoma. He said of the Sooners, "I've only been to one junior day because of track conflicts and that's the Oklahoma junior day." Fisher said of a possible Sooner offer, "I can't say for sure yet, but that would be nice if they did."

Fisher reported of his summer plans, "I'm going to work out this summer and try to go to some camps. I know Vanderbilt wants me to come to their camp." He explained his timetable for committing, "Maybe towards the season, but I'm not sure."

In his own words of his strengths Fisher said, "I have decent hands and my route running is pretty good." He proved that last season with 62 receptions for 1,060 yards and 16 touchdowns.
