Overiew: While the Commodores will surely miss All-Everything Earl Bennett, the cup board is far from empty. Returning starters George Smith and Sean Walker have over 100 combined career passes. Vandy also has a good number of battle tested tight ends who have the ability to take over for now graduated Brad Allen.
Brad Allen (TE)
George Smith (6-3, 202, R-Sr.)- Smith will enter his sixth season with Vanderbilt in 2008. He has 76 career catches for 5 touchdowns.
Sean Walker (6-0, 175, R-Sr.)- The fleet footed Walker has 41 career catches. He will long be remembered by VU fans for a 35-yard scoring catch he made in 2006 to help beat Georgia in Athens.
