Five-Star Linebacker Adjusts to Change

MECHANICSVILLE, Va.- After being in limbo Ricky DeBerry moves forward with his high school football career. The five-star outside linebacker discusses his transfer to Atlee High School, his recent trip to UVa, his official visits and more.

Ricky DeBerry is officially a Raider. The five-star outside linebacker transferred to Atlee High School in Mechanicsville, Virginia from St. Christopher's School. DeBerry has been practicing with his new squad for the last three days, as he tries to adjust not only a new team, but also a new role.

The No.3 outside linebacker in the country of course will play on the defensive side of the ball, but DeBerry will also play a factor on offense.

DeBerry has a top eight of: Oklahoma, Ohio State, Penn State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Alabama,Texas A&M, and Tennessee. He recently took a trip to UVa, he discusses his visit to see the 'Hoos, his official visits and more with Scout.com.
