'Hoos Trending: Recruits Set to Visit UVA

Virginia football is set to host plenty of top recruits on Saturday for the Cavaliers' in-state rivalry game against the Hokies. HooNation breaks it down on 'Hoos Trending.

The Targets

Lets start with those who have offers:

TyJuan Garbutt

The Riverbend defensive end is no stranger to the Wahoos. Garbutt has made several trips to Grounds since this summer and has UVA pretty high on his list. The in-state defender could look to stay close to home and holds offers from both Virginia and Virginia Tech. Other schools interested in the standout include Penn State, Michigan State, Pittsburgh and Oklahoma among others.

Griffin Sestili

The tight end from Pennsylvania picked up an offer from the 'Hoos in October and took a trip soon after. This is his second visit to Grounds. Sestili also visited the Wahoos for UVA's triple overtime game against Syracuse earlier this season. Although Virginia is his only offer right now, this Keystone State playmaker's list of suitors is on the verge of increasing. Virginia Tech, Purdue, Penn State, Tennessee, Michigan and Boston College are all schools showing interest.

Caleb Brooks

If the last name sound familiar it should be. Caleb's brother, Christian Brooks, is Virginia 2016 commitment. The defensive end from Centreville High School picked up his UVA offer this fall.

Jalon Jones

The 2018 quarterback Jalon Jones is making his first return to Scott Stadium since UVA's game against Notre Dame. The Cavs are his only offer, but this 2018 signal caller will certainly pick up more offers as his recruitment progresses. Right now it's good to get in early.

Jalen Smith

Smith picked up his offers after his performance at UVA's one-day camp over the summer. The 2018 wide receiver could be one to watch moving forward.

Elijah Conliffe

His expected to be among the visitors on Saturday. The four-star 2017 defensive end holds offers from Georgia, NC State, UNC, Virginia and Wake Forest among others.

Here are others to keep an eye on:

Daniel Horne

Horne is one to watch in his class. The 2017 offensive tackle from C.D. Hylton has visited the Wahoos before and also participated in Mike London's one-day camp over the summer.

Walter Haire

Hendon Hooker

The four-star 2018 quarterback already holds offers from the likes of Clemson, NC State and Syracuse among others.

Tyran Hunt

Hunt is newwer to the recruiting scene, however, the defensive end from Courtland, Virginia already holds an offer from Virginia Tech.

The Commitments

UVA will host plenty of pledges this weekend. Here is a breakdown:
