The future Hoo we're talking about is Brewster Academy's Will Harris. Will talked about his unfortunate injury with us. "Yeah everything is going okay. Against Cushing I got fouled hard, and hurt my knee in the beginning of the game (sprained LCM), so I've been sidelined for a minute. I tried to keep playing and I even tried to play in the New Hampton game but I was only able to play for about 4 minutes. I'm feeling a lot better since Saturday though, so I think I'm going to try to go against South Kent tonight, if not, I will definitely be back for the Worcester game on Friday."
The Bobcats went on to win the game against Cushing 91-51 but with Harris only playing four minutes trying to make a go of it on his sprained LCM they lost to New Hampton 72-67.
Wednesday saw Harris and his Bobcats rally for a victory. Will poured in a team high 18 points as he helped Brewster Academy to defeat South Kent 84-72 after being down by as many as 14 points in the second half. Hoo and Bobcat fans can both breathe a sigh of relief as the New York native was able to get back on the court and guide his team to victory.
HooNation.com will keep you up to date with Will Harris as the season progresses and everything else concerning UVa hoops/recruiting.
