Adams Has Visited WFU

Coming off a season in which he had six interceptions, 60 tackles, and seven pass-breakups in a running conference, schools are sending Butler (NC) safety Jamar Adams invitations to their Junior Days.

"I went to Wake Forest, North Carolina, and Clemson already. I was supposed to get up to Virginia, but something came up and I could not go," says the 6-foot-4, 180 pounder, who has favorites yet to send him mail.

"My cousin, Chris Hope, went to Florida State, and I have always really liked them. NC State is also high up there, and Virginia just popped up out of nowhere."

Adams plans to camp at North Carolina, Tennessee, and will attend the Nike Camp in Blacksburg May 17.

"I also want to get a lot of these one-day camps, but we will see."

Adams has no offers at the moment.
