Ronald Geohaghan adds offer
"Last week we were on spring break doing voluntary workouts with the football team," the 6-1.5 190 pound athlete explained. "Teams were coming through to see us, and Uconn happened to come by and got to see me up close and personal. I told the coach I have family in Hartford, and he was kind of surprised. He told me he was going to show the coaching staff my film. They ended up offering me today."
Geohaghan continues to hear from his 12 other offered schools and more.
"I would have to say the school that's really pushing to get in and is on me the hardest is Clemson," he said. "They send me letters every day of the week and are coming down for one of the evaluations during spring ball."
Geohaghan continued about the schools in contact.
"I talked to Northwestern a couple of weeks ago and Notre Dame," he said. "Coach Rumph from Alabama-I talked to last week when he came for a visit. ECU keeps in contact, and Illinois came by today- they want to fly me in for an official.
The Allendale-Fairfax High School rising senior is busy with track trials for the USA team this summer but is "trying to get up to Illinois and Pittsburgh.
"I can visit the schools in-state any time because they're so close, and I definitely want to see all of the NC schools."
