Tech, Wake Lead For Glennon

Perhaps the best quarterback in Virginia, Westfield's Sean Glennon already has two offers and could have more soon. DeaconSports has the latest on Glennon's recruitment.

Westfield (VA) quarterback Sean Glennon is not the normal student-athlete. Returning home from community service work for a school organization, Glennon then sorts through the continuous mail from colleges and somehow inserts studying into the nightly equation.

A tough days work for some, but for Glennon, it shows up on the field. Perhaps the best at his position in the state, Glennon put up a little over 1,800 yards on 63% completion rate with 21 touchdowns and just four interceptions. Even more staggering is how he has thrown seven total interceptions in his entire career. Impressive enough for at least two schools to offer.

"Virginia Tech and Wake Forest have offered, and they are obviously at the top, and then Virginia, Maryland, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, and Duke. As to any single leader, I like both Virginia Tech and Wake Forest and enjoyed visiting the two recently. I also like Virginia a lot for the campus, the team, and the coaches."

With the three seemingly tied, Sean should wait a little while to decide on a school as he picks the perfect place for himself.

"I don't think it will be any time soon, but it will be before signing day. Maybe even before the season."

Glennon will attend the May 17 Nike Camp in Blacksburg, VA.
