Wake Forest lands commitment
James Ward, cornerback from Deland, Fla., committed to Wake Forest on Friday according to a report in the Orlando Sentinal
Ward becomes the seventh player from the state of Florida to pledge to the Demon Deacons.
The class of 2012 member finished his senior season with 23 tackles, 11 pass deflections and four interceptions (one returned for a touchdown).
