Jason Venson is a member of the Georgia Hot 100, because he is a pure football player with excellent instincts and hitting ability. He has 10.7 speed, and at 5-11 and 200 pounds, he can play strong safety or linebacker on the next level. Track will play a big role in his future, and the thought of running track on the next level has helped determine his favorite schools.
"I went to Alabama last week," said Venson. "I was
supposed to go to Georgia/Tennessee this weekend, but I couldn't make it. I
already went to Georgia/MTSU. I'm thinking of setting up an official visit with
have been the teams recruiting me this month. Arkansas is my favorite right now.
They have a good football team, and their track team is really good. I want to
run track in college. Arkansas and Georgia are my Top 2 right now."
Venson is already fully qualified, and he is helping to lead his Marietta
team towards the playoffs.
