Spells Returns From Official

"Man, I had a great time at Wisconsin," said cornerback Corey Spells.

"Wisconsin was a lot different than I thought it was going to be. I liked the campus and the city (Madison) a lot.

"Wisconsin is definitely still up high on list. The facilities are very nice, everything was real cool.

"I went to Wake Forest (12-15) last weekend and I have a January official visit set up with Auburn (1-16).

"I'm probably going to be setting something up with Duke also."

Spells, a 6-foot, 186-pounder (4.38) from Atlanta (Mays) had to wait until his junior year to see the football field because of all the D-1 talent at the school but that didn't work out either as Corey sat out his entire junior year with an injury.

Corey had 45 solo tackles, nine fumble recoveries (returned one for a touchdown), five interceptions, four forced fumbles, two sacks and two safeties as a senior.
