DeaconSports Getting A Facelift

DeaconSports is getting a big facelift. Not only will the appearance of the site change, but so will all aspects of the content of the site.

In the very near future, TheInsiders will change the site layout. However, before that change takes place, DeaconSports is undergoing a change of its own. The content at DeaconSports will increase to a new level beginning today.

This week, Evan Daniels will talk with Deacon commit Harvey Hale and Indiana native Marques Johnson among other recruits. Daniels plans to have updates on a couple of prospects per week.

DeaconSports editor Spencer Cagle will continue to update football recruiting as well as some basketball recruiting news as well. This week, look for updates on L.J. Flintall, Brandon Ghee, Ted Randolph, Mark Thompson, and others. Cagle will also cover other aspects of Wake Forest athletics including the latest news on the football and basketball programs.

DeaconSports also announces the addition of Don Callahan to the DeaconSports staff. Callahan, who currently writes for TheInsiders and has run over the past few years, will update Wake Forest football prospects weekly for DeaconSports. Callahan will begin his work with on October 1st. He will also be available on the premium message board, answering questions pertaining to Wake Forest prospects.

Meanwhile, the same content that has always been provided from TheInsiders writers including Miller Safrit, Dave Telep, and Jeff Goodman will continue to bring information that Deacon fans have become accustomed to on DeaconSports.

We will also have occasional premium chats on DeaconSports for members. Miller Safrit, Don Callahan, and Dave Telep are a few of the guests who will be at some of these chats in the near future.

Stay tuned in the coming month for more DeaconSports annoucements as well. Thanks for your support of DeaconSports and we look forward to bringing Wake fans the best coverage of Wake Forest athletics and recruiting on the internet.
