It's not surprise those schools are after him, after watching him play Friday night. Jones said his play was sub-par, but we'll disagree. He went for 19 points and scored them in a variety of ways. Although his jumper wasn't falling he found alternate ways to put the ball in the hoop.
"I've played better than that. My team has played better than that. But it's a win and a win is a win."
"I'm a scorer," he continued. "I'm not a shooter and I'm not a driver. Whatever we need, that's what I do."
To go along with Wake Forest, Georgetown and Georgia Tech, he said that Central Florida, South Florida, Arkansas and UMass are all showing him some attention as well. While he hasn't taken any unofficial visits he wouldn't be opposed to taking some.
"Whenever a college feels that they can put me into their time then I'll do it," Jones said Friday night.
One school in particular is trying to get him on campus this summer.
"I've been talking to their (Wake Forest) coach and he wants me to come up there to their elite camp and see what it's all about. I'm going to do that."
