Hudson Talks Visits

One of the the four visitors on Wake Forest's campus caught up with Evan Daniels, of, to discuss his recent visits.

Wake Forest had four players on campus ranked in the top 55 on The 51st ranked player, Dorenzo Hudson, returned home with a glowing report of Wake Forest's campus and facilities.

"I think it went pretty good," Hudson said of his visit. "I like Wake Forest and I like their facilities and stuff. I like how they really get up and down the floor on offense."

During the visit Hudson toured the campus, watched a scrimmage and got clued in on the academic side of Wake Forest. Hudson's uncle, Rick Taylor was quite impressed with the academics that the Deacs have to offer.

"I think everything at Wake Forest went quite well," Rick Taylor, who accompanied Hudson on his visits, said. "He was very impressed with what Wake Forest had to offer and with the academics part of it. One of the big things is the academics support that they had.

"They want to win," Taylor continued. "That's one of the biggest things that Dorenzo is looking at and he felt like he could be successful there. They are under strong consideration at this point."

Prior to Hudson's Wake Forest visit, he tripped to Clemson for the third time. While he's been on their campus multiple times he got to see some new things during his most recent visit.

"It went pretty good, I got to see a lot of stuff that I hadn't gotten to see before at Clemson. I've been to Clemson about three times but I got to see stuff that I hadn't seen."

Hudson said he won't plan anymore visits until he's at least two weeks into school. He also said a decision wouldn't come soon, as he wants to wait it out a little longer to make sure he makes the right decision.

The main schoolsunder consideration for Hudson are Wake Forest, Clemson, Miami, Boston College, Oklahoma and Virginia Tech.
