"Xavier is really interested in me," Redford said. "I talked to them a lot. I'm always in contact with them on a weekly basis. They are definitely very high on my list."
Redford also has high interest in Wake Forest, and the two keep in close contact.
"[Wake Forest] has been calling every month and sending text messages. I talked to Skip over the weekend. I've basically talked to them monthly and text pretty weekly."
With visits to Xavier and Dayton under his belt, Redford will attempt to take a few more unofficial visits when the high school season ends.
Speaking of the season, Redford has led the Eagles to a 14-5 record and averaged 26 points and 4 assists per contest.
"We lost our other big scorers last year, and they really depend on me to score a lot. I'm running a lot of the two - it's been half and half between the one and two."
Having the ability to run both positions will help Redford once he reaches the next level.
"They're recruiting more to play at the one, but I think they also want me to play the two a little bit too. Most are recruiting me as a one."
