Frazier Will Wear Black & Gold

Wake Forest picked up their tenth known verbal commitment this week when Florida offensive lineman Louis Frazier verbally committed to the Deacon program. DeaconSports spoke with Frazier Monday night concerning his verbal.

Wake Forest picked up yet another verbal commitment this past week when Louis Frazier verbally committed to the Wake Forest program. "Yep, I committed [to Wake Forest]," Frazier said.

"The reason I chose Wake is because of the great academics and the great personal attention with class sizes. I like the location too," Frazier continued, "and it's closer than some of the other schools that were recruiting me."

"The location of the dorms compared to the classes is nice too. The furthest walk is pretty much like two minutes. I like that the practice field is right there, too, and the Miller Center is nice."

Frazier, who graded out around 90% this season and had 70 pancake blocks, helped Clearwater High to a district championship in 5-A play.

Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, Cornell, Florida, and Florida State were some of the other schools that showed heavy interest in Frazier. "All the military academies offered – West Point, Air Force, and some others and Wake Forest," Frazier said. "There were a couple others too."

Frazier told DeaconSports he will not take anymore visits to other schools at this point.
