Chris Paul: Parkland Game Report

Wake Forest signee Chris Paul had another impressive game on Friday as he led West Forsyth to a huge win over Parkland. DeaconSports has stats and commentary from the game.

Chris Paul continued his spectacular senior season Friday night as he led the West Forsyth Titans to a 108-56 win over Parkland High School. Paul led West Forsyth with 35 points on 12-20 shooting in the win.

On the night, Paul finished 12-20 shooting overall, 2-4 beyond the arc, and 9-11 from the free-throw line. He also finished with six assists, nine steals, three rebounds, and four turnovers in just over twenty minutes of play.

Overall, Chris had a very solid game in the eyes of everyone in the gym - except Chris Paul. "I played pretty well but man, I had a couple of turnovers didn't I?," Paul said after the game.

Future Deacon teammates Trent Strickland, Vytas Danelius, Taron Downey, Alan Williams, John Buck, and Scott Benken were all in attendance as well as Deacon assistant Dino Gaudio. Chris was also excited that his brother, C.J., was able to attend Friday's game, just a day after Chris was able to attend C.J.'s game in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Also, remember that Paul will be featured on SportsCenter Sunday night and Monday morning.
