Sikes Makes His Commitment

Offensive lineman Dallas Sikes has decided where he will spend his college days playing football. The Georgia prospect made a verbal commitment this past week.

Offensive lineman Dallas Sikes ended his recruitment a few weeks early when he made his commitment this past week. "I committed to Troy State," Sikes said. "I did that this past Sunday."

"I liked the coaches a lot. I took an official two weeks and loved it down there."

Asked if he would still visit Wake Forest as he was scheduled to do on the 31st, Sikes said he would not. "I'm not going to take that one anymore," Sikes noted. "I've got to tell them I've committed to Troy State and that I won't be visiting."

Sikes was also offered by Clemson, Mississippi State, Wake Forest, and Central Florida before committing to Troy State.
