Hall Commits To Wake Forest

Milton High School quarterback Bruce Hall made calls to coaches and committed to the program of his choice on Friday. The Florida star committed to Wake Forest.

DeaconSports spoke with Bruce Hall Friday afternoon, just hours after the Florida quarterback committed to Wake Forest.

"Yes, I did commit this morning [to Wake Forest]," Bruce Hall said. "It came down to Wake and Middle Tennessee State. I looked at it as even if I didn't play a down, a Wake Forest degree is top notch."

"When I called coach, he was sitting down at breakfast with a player and he was excited. He said it would just top off the recruiting class. He was really excited."

Hall had a fabulous senior year for Milton HS this past year, passing for around 2,500 yards and 28 touchdowns while throwing just six picks. He also rushed for 1,300 yards and 16 more touchdowns.

With Hall's commitment, Wake Forest has two quarterbacks expected to sign on signing day.

"Wake has two quarterbacks enrolled currently and wanted two from this class," Hall said. "Ben Mauk from Ohio committed early and I was the second quarterback. That'll put four on the roster when I'm up there."

Hall will sign on signing day.
