Que Johnson Profile

Que Johnson is on crutches and has a stress fracture in his shin, according to a twitter report by Cowles Publishing Company citing Ken Bone. Bone anticipates Johnson being ready to play once the season starts, but apparently did not say how or when Johnson was injured. CF.C contacted WSU SID but was told they could not confirm the report with Bone and the team away on the first day of the annual off-season hoops retreat.

Washington State is kicking off their 2013-14 campaign today through Sunday in Lewiston, with three closed session practices at the retreat. The first official on-campus practice will be held Tuesday, Oct. 1.

The headliner of WSU's 2012 recruiting class, ranked the No. 28 SF nationally and No. 140 overall. Will play shooting guard in college. The Cougs recruited him telling him they want him to be the next Klay Thompson. Wazzu beat out UW, Gonzaga and others for his commitment.
