The New Orleans running back—evicted from the Palouse after three injury-plagued and controversial seasons before finishing his collegiate career at tiny Tiffin University—added more pages to his rookie season scrapbook on Thursday. Although carrying the ball just seven times against Dallas, two of those touches resulted in first half touchdowns for the Saints.
Early season injuries to Big Easy backs Reggie Bush and Pierre Thomas opened the hole for Ivory and he's made the most of it. Despite starting just four games, he leads the Saints in rushing with 519 yards (4.8 yards per carry) and ranks eighth among all NFC runners.
