Paul Wulff confirmed to CF.C that Tim Hodgdon, a 6-3, 308 pound guard, is no longer part of the program. Hodgdon graduated high school in 2007 and grayshirted at WSU, enrolling in January of 2009.
Hodgdon was unable to crack the two-deeps during his WSU career. Heading into 2011, he was not listed on the post spring depth chart.
The Cougars are expected to have right around 20 offensive linemen to open camp, a number that fits the Cougs' established positional target, said Wulff.
"We have a model for the numbers that we want at each position. I actually carry around my list year-round -- I'm always thinking about it, the numbers at each position throughout the year... We're very balanced overall, including on the offensive line," said Wulff.
NOTE: CF.C will have breaking news up momentarily...
